Review: I felt safe since he was licensed and bonded to give him too much money upfront. He then hounded me for more and refused to do some of the work for it. PGE confirmed that he lied about an appointment and that he never filed any paperwork. He said he would give me a refund months ago. There are multiple parties that have a claim against his bond, now.
